the grand alliance each time a new mem joins i was thinking we should add 3 mems to a council like structure that will talk to each other and decide policy

what u mean?

basicly i got the idea from wolfpacks leadership we will make a council that will talk with each other from both clans and decide what the alliances goals r and what to accomplish, wars, who else to join the alliance and so on and so forth
